Dr. Ben Fuller was a university educator and Director at the Namibian Network Information Centre (NA-NIC). He was also a member of the CcNSO and AFRICANN. [1] Dr Fuller passed away 2018-03-09.

Ben was interested in CcTLDs, DNSSEC, ICT and development.
