Phillip V. As the landscape online has changed dramatically over the last decade, Phil has also developed unique experience counseling clients on Internet governance matters and a wealth of knowledge about the domain name industry. He manages global domain name portfolios and recovers domain names from cybersquatters worldwide through arbitration under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and litigation under the U.S. Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act. He develops and executes strategies for new generic Top-Level Domain objections, acquisitions and operations. And he collaborates with Internet ecosystem stakeholders to advance policy positions, and shape regulations and national legislation, concerning the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, having attended their international public meetings since 2010.
