KSregistry GmbH is in charge of the operation of NIC.GD in accordance with the NTRC.

The registrant must guarantee that:
- the requested domain name and the intended use of the domain name do not impair the rights of third parties;
- there are no other legal or factual obstacles in conflict with the registration;
- the chosen name or its use do not violate morality or legal requirements;
- the chosen name or its utilization are not used for any purpose likely to bring Nic.GD, the sponsoring organization or Grenada into disrepute;
- the registration occurs in knowledge and consideration of these General Terms and Conditions and other relevant policies;
- they are authorized to request this operation.
