Hamida Benlemlih is an IT Consultant, specializing in Digitalisation. Before that, she was the Directeur Certification et Gestion du Domaine ".ma" at Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Télécommunications (ANRT). During her 23-year tenure at ANRT, she helped establish two missions of the organization, related to its regulatory framework, procedures, staff, international coordination of domain names, and much more.[1]
She has been to over six ICANN Meetings and was an attendee at the ICANN Marrakesh 2006,[2] as well as ICANN 55 in Marrakech![3] She has also attended IGF and WSIS.[3]
