Rowena Schoo is the Director of Programs and Policy at the DNS Abuse Institute. Before that, she was the International Policy Manager at Ofcom, the Policy and Government Relations Manager at Nominet, and a Senior Policy & Communications Advisor in the UK's Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).[1]
