The Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network is a multistakeholder organization addressing cross-border Internet and national jurisdiction issues. It facilitates a global policy process among governments, internet companies, technical operators, civil society groups, and academic and international organizations.

In 2011, the IJPN secured seed funding at the United Nations Internet Governance Forum in Nairobi, Kenya. In 2012, Bertrand de la Chapelle and Paul Fehlinger co-founded the project that became the network.
