Until recently, Roel Uleners was the Creative Director of XPLANE, a global business design consultancy that helps large organizations clarify, communicate and achieve their goals. Uleners and the organization supported ICANN in the organization's growth phase. In this capacity, Uleners and his colleagues have facilitated many sessions and workshops with the community, the board, and staff. [1]
Currently, he serves as the Vice-President of Strategic Design at Chehadé & Company.[2]
He is a founding member of the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a mentor at the MFA in Collaborative Design at the Pacific Northwest College of the Arts (PNCA), and also a Member of the Board of Regents at Da Vinci Schools in the Los Angeles area.[1]
