Rafael Lito Ibarra is the Director of RAICES[1] and the President of SVNET, the ccTLD operator for .sv. He has run .sv since 1993.
ICANN Involvement
Ibarra was selected by the NomCom to serve on the ICANN Board of Directors. His term runs from October 2015 to the AMG 2021. He is a member of the ccNSO.
