Belaid Nouar is the Telecom Engineer at the Ministry of Economic and General Affairs in the Moroccan Government's Department of Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology. He has also worked with DEPTTI.
He attended ICANN Marrakesh[1] and was a speaker at Regional Seminar on Internet Protocol in 2007.[2]
Nouar seconded Yaovi Atohoun for NomCom Delegate of Africa in 2009.[3]
