Ana (Teresa) Rodriguez is the Liaison for International and Local Orgnizations at Gauss Research Laboratory, INC.
She participated in ICANN Paris,[1] ICANN Marakesh, ICANN Sao Paulo, and the 2nd and 4th Internet Governance Forums in the Caribbean. [2][3]
Education
Ms. Rodriguez holds an MA degree in Public Administration.[4] Her master's thesis was titled: "The state of Information Society in Puerto Rico".[5]
