Vincent (WS) Chen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Management at the National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology. Mr. Chen also serves as a Board Member for TWNIC, APTILD, and APNG, as well as a Member of the TWNIC International Affairs Committee.[1]

Career History[edit | edit source]

He has served in various position at the Computer Center and Ministry of Education as well as NKFUST. He has worked at IPv6 Taiwan.[2]

Prof. Chen has been the main advocate for Taiwan BITnet and TANet. He also taught as an Adjunct Associate Professor for the Graduate Institute of Information Communications at the Shih Hsin University.[3]

He has served as an ICANN IDN Committee member[4] and was on the initial advisory council for DotAsia.[5] He has been the on the Board of Directors as well as the Executive Director for APTLD and has served on the APRICOT Administrative Committee.[6]
