Michelle Cotton is ICANN's Senior Manager of Protocol Parameters.[1]. She has been with ICANN since 2000 and previously worked in IANA services and in IETF Relations.[1] Most recently, she was an administrator for IANA, and an IANA liaison to the IETF and IESG.[2] Her responsibilities included administration of activities and agreements between IETF and ICANN. She processes all types of IANA requests, TLD root-zone requests, .INT administration and numbering resource requests.[3]

Michelle actively participates and presents at IANA Committee and Board meetings.[4][5]
