Dr Govind was the CEO of the National Internet Exchange of India, the organization that manages the .in ccTLD.[1] He was the Senior Director at Government Department of Information Technology in India. [2][3][4]
Dr. Govind has attended 10+ ICANN meetings, including ICANN 50 in London. He is interested in Internet Governance, the ccNSO, and New gTLDs.[1]
