Internet.bs Corp. is a domain name registrar accredited by ICANN, Verisign, Afilias, PIR,EURid, Nominet, AFNIC, TelNic, NeuStar among others. The company is based in the Bahamas with offices in Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom.

Internet.bs provides domain name registration and transfers for ccTLDs and gTLDs, web hosting, Whois, SSL certificates and API Reseller. It accepts payments in six different currencies: USD, EUR, JPY, CAD, AUS and GBP.[1]

In 2014 the assets of Internet.bs were acquired by CentralNic Group PLC and a new legal entity was formed, Internet Domain Service BS Corp. The company continues to trade as Internet.bs.

Internet.bs is a participant of the ICANN Domain Rountable Conference.

ICANN Intervention

On October 6, 2010, ICANN approved the bulk transfer of all the registered gTLDs under 4Domains, Inc. to Internet.bs Corp., as a result of the compliance action taken by ICANN, which lead to the termination of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement of 4Domains. The company failed to comply with the requirements of the agreement. 4Domains requested the bulk transfer to Internet.bs. ICANN authorized the bulk transfer after reviewing all the considerations under the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy and De-Accredited Registrar Transition Procedure, and proved that the request was in the community's interest.[2]
