Theo Kramer is a Software Developer and the Chairman of UniForum SA, the current administrator of the co.za TLD. He began at UniForum in 1991 as Director, and was promoted to Chairman in 1994.

Under his leadership, UniForum SA took over administrative duties of co.za in 1995. At that time, it has 400 registered domains. Today there are over 650,000.

He is also currently working on developing the EPP Registry System.[1]
