Lawrence Conroy is the Chairman of the IPAG and a well known ENUM expert.^[1] He is a former member of the ICANN Board,^[2] and the Technical Guru of TelNic.^[3]

Lawrence is the senior systems architect at Siemens, and has been in the networking field for over 25 years. His areas of expertise include telecommunications, networking and Internet-based communications.^[4]

He is active in ETSI, TIPHON, and the IETF, and has authored several RFCs.^[5]^[6]
