Ibrahima Kandji is the Chief of Service and Communication at the ARTP, Senegal's Telecommunication and Post Regulatory Authority. He has held this position since 2009. Some of his current responsibilities, and his interest at ICANN meetings, revolve around IPv6 deployment.

He also represents his country at AfriNIC and AfTLD meetings.[1][2]
