'''Q: What excites you most about ICANNWiki?'''
My background isn’t tech, so starting at ICANNWiki was at first, somewhat intimidating. By using the site I manage to educate myself on all the moving parts within ICANN and beyond, I was able to grasp some fairly dense subjects. As a bottom-up produced resource (thanks multistakeholderism!), ICANNWiki is a tremendous equalizer for anyone facing barriers to joining the Internet governance community--whether that stems from gender, language or general usability, ICANNWiki makes it easier for newcomers to orient themselves and feel confident in their path forward.

Vivian Hua is the Communications Manager for ICANNWiki, as well as an interdisciplinary artist, writer, and filmmaker who frequently traverses the West Coast. She is fascinated by synthesizing divergent styles, groups, and schools of thought, and this can be found throughout her work, which unifies her interest in the metaphysical with her belief that art can positively transform the self and society.
'''Q: What excites you most about ICANNWiki?'''
What excites me most about ICANNWiki is that it is a microcosm of the larger ICANN structure, which, at its finest, gives anybody who has an interest and the willingness some power to contribute to the larger internet governance community. Our site is now available in four languages, and growing, because self-motivated individuals have propelled our global initiatives in places we never would have imagined. That type of ground-up build-out is something that is very important to create any sort of long-term change -- especially now -- and is particular effective when it intersects or is supported from the top down, as ICANNWiki is.
