Zak Hassanein is the Founder and Chairman of United Domain Registry, whose goal is to create a new, open-source, non-profit model for the management of registers. He is the youngest person ever to have created an ICANN accredited registrar. He is considering proposing a not-for-profit constituency group.[1]
