I'm not really sure if I'm responding correctly to this, but the infographic you mentioned (Global Penetration Rates) does not list all countries... only a select amount... which is why Germany is not listed.

The selection appears to be merely subjective then. What is the purpose of this display? The statistics are from internetworldstats, and you can see the credit on the right side of the page. The selection includes a balanced selection from around the world, but yes, it is somewhat subjective. We did not have room to add every country.

I'm not really sure if I'm responding correctly to this, but the infographic you mentioned (Global Penetration Rates) does not list all countries... only a select amount... which is why Germany is not listed.
