Iro Adamou works at NIC Niger,[1] where he is the Lawyer Manager for Niger's High Commission on ICT.[2] He is a member of the National Regulation Counsel and has been working with the Post, Transport, and Telecommunication ministry since about 2000.[3] He created the legal frameworks for the national ICT projects, and now acts as Technical Counsel for the Office of the Prime Minister.

He is an expert, specialized jurist in Law and ICT.[4] He is a member of ISOC's Niger chapter, and takes part in regional and international ICT forums, such as the EuroAfrica Cooperation Forum on ICT Research.[5]
