Iro Adamou works at NIC Niger,[1] where he is the Lawyer Manager for Niger's High Commission on ICT.[2] He is a member of the National Regulation Counsel and has been working with the Post, Transport, and Telecommunication ministry since about 2000.[3] He created the legal frameworks for the national ICT projects, and now acts as Technical Counsel for the Office of the Prime Minister.
