Mame Ibrahima Bakhoum is an NIIT Programmer, and has been so since 2008. He holds a BTS in International Commerce from the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Commerciale Maurice Dela Fosse(CFPC).[1] He is interested in DNSSEC, IPv6, and NCUC related matters in and outside of ICANN. He is a part of the NCUC.[2]
