Eddy Kayihura is a Technical Advisor to the Rwanda Information and Communication Technology Association.[1] The organization wishes to run the ccTLD of Rwanda, and is currently in the repatriation process with IANA. He is involved in this process, which has been ongoing since 2005.[2]
Earlier in his career, he was an ISP and Landlines Service Manager at Rwandatel. He was a Volunteer at AfNOG 2008.[3] He is particularly interested in DNSSEC and IPv6, and his involvement with the SSAC, at ICANN 42 in Dakar, has inspired him to research and learn more through the RFC series.
He takes part in a variety of regional, African IT, and infrastructure development workshops, and other international IT fora.[4][5]
