David Chacón Argüello works at Costa Rica's Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz (CNFL), where he has been since 1996. Mr. Argüello is the Coordinador Portal Empresarial (Enterprise Portal Coordinator) and manages projects related to digital signatures and security.
