David Wu is the Chief of the Special Tasks Unit in Taiwan's Department of International Organizations, where he has worked since 2002. He has begun to attend ICANN conferences, first at ICANN 44, to keep track of the New gTLD Program.[1]
Mr. Wu has lived in the Caribbean for 3 years.
