Thomas De Haan is a Board member at the World Art Delft Foundation, and Senior Policy Coordinator at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.[1] He represents the Netherlands in a number of international forums, including in ICANN's Governmental Advisory Committee,[2] and the CENTR assemblies.[3]
De Haan has given talks concerning how private entities and governments can work together to foster a more secure Internet at a 2010 IGF workshop.[4]
Thomas has been involved in further developing VoIP and ENUM for the Netherlands.[5]
