More information:

.pccw is a Brand TLD being proposed in ICANN's New gTLD Program. The applicant is PCCW Enterprises Limited.[1] The applicant does not appear to have selected a registry services provider, as the application notes "the Registry will select a competent registry back-end service provider that has experience in complying with ICANN requirements and will be able to deliver on these specifications. The Registry also intends to select a competent registry front-end service provider with knowledge of developing and implementing appropriate registry policies."
