Joseph Kee-Yin Ng or 吳其彥 has been the Director of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited, the domain registrar of the ccTLD .hk, since 2008. He is also a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Hong Kong Baptist University and has been teaching there for twenty years.[1]

His involvement with ICANN includes being the Vice-Chairperson for ISOC-HK.[1]
