Yang Shen or 沈阳 is the Vice Director of Strategy & Cooperation of Guangming Daily. He has been writing and reporting stories related to ICANN for a long time; topics and meetings he has written about include but are not limited to: ISOC, APNIC, APTLD, APRICO, IETF and CDNC.

Shen is also the Chief Editor of China's Domain Economy (2002-2004 version) and China's Domain Economy (2004-2013 version).[1]
