Victor Abboud is the General Manager of NIC.EC,[1] the domain registry for Ecuador. He is also a ccNSO Council Representative for Latin American Region;[2] he was nominated by Eduardo Santoyo and seconded by Oscar Robles-Garay and Rolando Toledo.[3] His term is to last from march 2011 until March 2014.[4]
Mr. Abboud is a frequent participant at ICANN meetings.[5][6] Mr. Abboud also attends eCOM-LAC Meetings.[7]
Also , he is Board member and treasurer of LACTLD.
