Nicolo Zingales is a Research Fellow with Association for Progressive Communication, where he focuses on best practices for the liability of Internet intermediaries. Previously, he was Google Policy Fellow for Research ICT Africa in Cape Town, where he was a contributor to "Mapping multistakeholderism in Internet Governance: Implications for Africa"[1].[1]

He has been involved with ICANN through ISOC since the beginning of 2013.[2]
