Raul Bauer is the Director of USUARIA, which is the Asociación Argentina de Usuarios de la Informática y las Comunicaciones (Argentine Informatic and Communications Users Association).[1] He has been leading the organization since 1982. He is a frequent ICANN participant, and also participates in other regional and international ICT fora.
He is also the CEO of Trends Consulting, which he has run since 1996.[2]
He is currently involved with ICANN through LACRALO,[3] and was a Board Member of ISOC Argentina from 1999 to 2010.[2]
