An Internationalized Domain Name email (IDN email) is an email address that supports languages that contain non-ASCII script such as Arabic, Chinese, or Cyrillic. In this respect, email addresses can be represented in any language.

On Tuesday August 5th, 2014 Google announced that Gmail address would be implementing IDN emails. [2]
In Aug 2016, XgenPlus software announced IDN mailbox in 7 languages on .bharat (भारत) domains[3].
