Gloria Patricia Meneses is a colombian software developer and Internet activist who works for different organizations that defend the Internet. She is a part of the RedPaTodos Collective, is part of the NPOC at ICANN, and is involved with the Internet governance activities at Karisma Foundation. As a part of her contribution to RedPaTodos and Karisma, she is part of a multistakeholder group that discusses Internet Governance and regulations in Colombia.[1]
