Aaron is the leader of the Security Policy Team of Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business (IEB). Microsoft’s IEB – home to more than 7,000 employees – produces the video game and entertainment console Xbox 360, and its innovative motion-control sensor to be launched this holiday 2010: Kinect for Xbox 360. The IEB also encompasses the Xbox LIVE online gaming service which delivers Netflix movies, Xbox console games including the Halo and Gears of War franchises, PC Games such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, the Zune portable multimedia player, and associated TV, video, and music delivery services.

Aaron was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list for 2010, a select group of the region's next generation of business leaders. Aaron is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, all federal, state and bankruptcy courts in Washington State, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Armed Forces.
