Prior to joining ICANN, Filiz was the Policy Development Manager at [[RIPE NCC]], where she had the responsibilities of developing work-plan, managing the activities of Policy Development Office coordinating the bottom-up, consensus based Internet policy making process in RIPE region and ensuring successful implementation of the policies at the RIPE NCC.
