Unique to each conference, the playing card decks are a longstanding extension of our caricatures. Playing Card Partners have their logos exclusively featured on the card box and deck, and are given the opportunity to highlight their company and its members with special cards.

Playing Cards Sponsor

Being the Playing Card Sponsor is one of the special sponsorship opportunities that we currently offer. These highly visible opportunities are only available to our Partners, who enjoy top placement on all ICANNWiki material. Our Partners contribute to our continued, enthusiastic participation at all three annual ICANN conferences. At these events, we have an official booth space that is used to educate newcomers about our site, update the articles of established ICANN attendees, and hand out our popular giveaways.

The Playing Card Sponsor has their logo exclusively featured on one side of the playing card box as well as throughout the deck. The playing cards themselves are a fun extension of our recognizable caricatures, which we create for ICANN attendees as a thank you for opting into our system. Each card features a different caricature, and the decks are unique to a conference. Playing Card Sponsors also enjoy the added benefit of seeing their company's representatives included as faces within the deck! We welcome the opportunity to personalize the decks with an interested sponsor, creating a product that features relevant caricatures, facts, contacts, and logos. These decks are distributed at our booth, and have previously been called the best giveaway at an ICANN conference. At previous ICANN conferences we distributed 1,000 individual playing card decks to the ICANN participants in attendance. We are also open to producing decks for an interested Platinum sponsor for them to distribute via the representatives or at their own booth.

The current examples display logos of all of our sponsors for the Singapore 2011 and Dakar 2011 shows.

Note: Participation as Playing Cards Sponsor is on a first-come, first-served basis. Other high-level sponsorship opportunities include prominent placement on our Caricature Badges, our City Guides, and placement on individual, high-trafficked pages on the ICANNWiki site. We are excited to develop additional giveaways in partnership with an interested sponsor.
