Lia Kiessling has been a Manager of Digital Media for Internet Society since May 2011. Her roles include designing an annual plan, taking lead on creative development, and overseeing social media and communications, amongst others.[1]
Prior to joining Internet Society, Kiessling was the Internal Communications Coordinator for the World Wildlife Fund, or WWF, for three years.[1]
ICANN 53 in Buenos Aires was her first ICANN Meeting; she has also attended IGF and WSIS.[2]
Her proudest life achievement is her "awesome twin boys", and she is passionate about "building amazing communities". She hopes to help with maknig the internet something that everyone understands and can relate to.[2]
