Holly J. Gregory is the co-leader of Sidley Austin LLP's Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation Practice. She works for the international business law firm counseling clients on a range of governance issues.[1]
Gregory has also lectured extensively on governance topics, at events sponsored by the U.S. State Department in Europe and Asia, at the ICGN, The Conference Board, the NACD, and much more. She regularly contributes to a governance column for Practical Law: The Journal, and is the author of numerous other articles on the topic. She has been recognized widely for her work through numerous publications, and is considered a leading practitioner in corporate governance.[1]
