Free registrations are offered to:
- legal entities (companies, associations, political parties and other organizations with legal personality) registered in the Republic of Croatia; and
- natural persons who perform a registered independent activity in the Republic of Croatia (craftsmen, artists, doctors, etc.).
Each user has the right to one free domain.[2]
Paid domain names can be registered by:
- legal entities with a place of business in one of the member states of the European Union; and
- natural persons, citizens of one of the member states of the European Union who have a personal identification number (PIN) issued by the competent authority of the Republic of Croatia.[3]
