Colin Oliver is currently retired from work, although he is doing some international assistance work for the International Telecommunication Union. This work includes a case study of broadband access in Australia, as well as providing universal service policy advice to Tonga. He was recalled briefly to the Department of Communications to assist in preparations for the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference. [1]
