Herb Waye is the Adjunct Ombudsman for ICANN.[1][2] It was announced in an ICANN blog post written by chairman Steve Crocker that Waye would act as ICANN's ombudsman effective 28 July 2016 until a replacement is found. [3]
He lives in Oxford Mills Ontario with his wife Christine. Herb has a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training (MALT) with a specialization in Justice and Public Safety Leadership (JPSL) at Royal Roads University where he is now an associate faculty in the BJus Program[4].
Herb Waye hails from Nova Scotia. He lives on a small hobby farm just south of Ottawa and is fluent in French and English. He has three children, Andrew, Jillian and Michael. He also has 2 sisters, one living in Toronto, the other Ohio.
