Michael Ilishebo is a law enforcement office working for the Zambia Police Service. He is trained in cyber security and intellectual property issues.
Education
Mr. Ilishebo studied Information Technology at The Copperbelt University, Zambia and was a 2013 Cyber Security and ICT Policy scholar at USTTI, USA. He also trained with the International Intellectual Property Crime Investigations College. [1]
