Rafael Pérez Galindo is the Head of Unit for the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, part of the Spanish Government.[1]

Galindo is the GAC representative for Spain. As of ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires, he has attended more than two ICANN conferences.[1]
