Cathy Handley is the Executive Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy at American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN).[1]

Previously, Cathy was the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), U.S Department of Commerce.[2]

Cathy represents NRO in the Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG).[3]
