Everton Teles Rodrigues is an Expert Advisor at NIC.br.
He was one of the ICANN Fellows at ICANN Los Angeles meeting[1].

He holds a Masters Degree in Popularization of Science and Culture by the University of Campinas (Unicamp)[2], which presented a mapping regarding the relationship among actors involved in the transfer process of the IANA supervision.
