Rachid Issari is a Counselor at MAEC, the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.[1] He is also an Associate Member of the Association de I'Internet,[2] and is a teacher at ISIC, as well as in charge of its Communications.[3][4]

Rachid Issari has also participated in the Inaugural Conference of the Digital Open Space project for the Mediterranean,[5] as well as CAPJC, the African Center for Training Journalists and Communicators in Tunisia.[6]
