Rubens Kuhl is the Product Marketing Manager at NIC.br. He has worked in the ICT industry for more than 15 years. He has attended ICANN meetings since ICANN 42 in Dakar, Senegal. He is involved with LACNIC and its meetings.
Career History[edit | edit source]
Mr. Kuhl joined NIC.br in 2009 as a Product Manager and Broadband developer and became a Product Marketing Manager in 2011. Prior to joining NIC.br, he was the Network Engineering Manager at Neovia Telecom, where he managed a team that defined practices on IP/MPLS backbone and oversaw the testing and commissioning of new technologies. He has been a consultant with Multirede Informática, RKJ, and Etica Tecnologia. Kuhl has also worked as a Network Specialist at Scopus Tecnologia (2004-2005) and a Network Engineering and Security Manager at UOL (1998-2002).[1]

Mr. Kuhl holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, Graduate Certificate, Telecommunications Economics from Universidade de São Paulo and a BS in Computer Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.[2]
