Gabriel Latjor Ndow is the CEO of BelTech Consulting, a company that offers consultancy services on ICT, internet development and advocacy, telecommunications, etc. He has held that position since January 2010 and has also been a Lecturer at the University of the Gambia since August 2006. He has been involved with ICANN through ISOC where he is Chairman and has also been an ICANN Fellow.
He has Master's in Physics from Clark Atlanta University.[1]
